Privacy policy

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking across websites. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own self-hosted, cookieless Umami statistics (hosted in the EU). It records only anonymous totals such as pages viewed, the country, the type of device and browser, and which site a visitor came from. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and cannot identify you.

The contact form

When you press "Send message", the form sends your name, email address, the service you chose and your message to us by email through our own mail server in the EU. The form itself keeps nothing on the website. We use your details only to answer you and, if you order, to carry out the work.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours briefly keeps technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted on a rolling basis.

How long we keep emails

We keep correspondence and order records for as long as needed to complete the work and as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules), then delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

The legal basis for processing is your request and our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Terms of service

Orders and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in euros. Every design is custom, so the final price and what is included are agreed with you by email before work begins. An order is confirmed once we both agree in writing (email is enough).

Your material

You confirm that you own or may use the photos, names, texts and other material you send us, and that using them in your design does not break anyone else's rights. You are responsible for checking names, dates, titles and other details in the final design before you use or print it.

Delivery and rights of use

Designs are delivered as digital files. Once paid in full, you may use the delivered final files for your kennel, breeding program and related promotion. Unless agreed otherwise, Dogsy Design keeps the copyright in the artwork and drafts, and may show finished work in its portfolio and on social media.

Withdrawal and refunds

Our designs are made to your personal specifications and delivered as digital content and services. By ordering, you expressly ask us to start work immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the work has started or digital content has been delivered (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c) and 16(m); Slovenian ZVPot-1). For this reason we do not offer refunds once work has started, except where the law requires it.

Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything correct and available, but we do not guarantee that the website is free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for harm to life or health caused by our fault, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and this website at any time; the version published here applies. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Slovenia, unless the law gives you a different choice.
